NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETINGS

Pursuant to Section 52-4-202, Utah Code Annotated 1953, the Town of Rockville hereby gives notice of the 2024 Meeting Schedules for the Rockville Planning Commission and Town Council.

The Planning Commission and Town Council will meet as scheduled below at the designated time and place unless otherwise posted.

The Planning Commission usually meets on the second Tuesday of the month at 6:00 p.m. in the Rockville Town Hall, 43 E. Main, Rockville, Utah.

The Town Council usually meets on the Wednesday following the second Wednesday of the month at 6:00 p.m. in the Rockville Town Hall, 43 E. Main, Rockville, Utah.

Public Comment –

If you wish to speak during Public Comment, please sign in with the Town Clerk by 5:45 p.m. If more than one person desires to speak on the same topic, a time limit may be imposed. The Planning Commission will not respond to comments or questions but will take the comments into consideration for possible discussion at another time.

Rules for making comments:

1. You must be a resident or property owner of the Town of Rockville.

2. PUBLIC COMMENT SHALL NOT BE ALLOWED ON ANY AGENDA ITEM OR PENDING LAND USE APPLICATION.

3. Speakers shall be courteous and show respect. Comments shall not include obscene or profane language, nor contain attacks on any individual. Such actions will be grounds for removal from the meeting upon request by a Planning Commission member.
